Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed on Saturday and Sunday. If you place an order on either of these days your order will be processed Monday. Processing time is 1-2 days. Please only send an e-mail if you have not received your order after 10 working days.
Once you have placed an order we are unable to cancel or refund your order. All sales are FINAL.

Due to sanitary reasons there are no returns or exchanges.
We are not responsible for any delays in package delivery once it has been scanned by USPS or DHL (international orders only).
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
In the event you provide the incorrect address and your package is shipped back to us you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have it delivered to the correct address.
In the event you receive a damaged lash we will replace them free of charge, we are not responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
